Hello, loyal listeners! As you may know, my main goal for the 2013 Philadelphia Marathon is to finish in 4 hours and 30 minutes. However, a secondary goal of my training is to lose weight and get to a good racing weight for the marathon. This may seem easy, but I have been told that while training for a marathon some people may actually gain weight or stay at a steady weight during training.
