Episode 005 – Forming a Habit In 21 Days

Episode 5 is finally here. In my overexcitement to finally get a quality digital recorder I failed to experiment and test out the recorder before jumping right in to record my next episode. The result was poor audio quality with a lot of background noise. While I still have some room for improvement as I get used to this new recorder, this new audio turned out a lot better than the first take.

In this episode I talk primarily about forming a habit in 21 days and how I think that works for me and could work for others.

I also talk a little about my first interval workout for this current training plan and I mention poop a little too much in this episode. (Or maybe not enough.)
