Well, after a snow storm and an ice storm and loss of power and technical difficulties…I am finally getting this episode posted.
In this episode I am talking about the non-training training plan.
Sometimes we run race distances we have already run a number of times. Sometimes we don’t feel like racing those distances we just want to run them for the experience. Or perhaps we are running with a friend as they do their first race. Maybe there are a number of other reasons, but whatever the reason we just don’t feel like forming a detailed plan and training for 16 weeks.
But even if we do not want to train we still need to prepare.
