Back on My Feet is one of my favorite charities because they really do a lot of work to help homeless people actually get back on their feet and find housing and work and make huge accomplishments through running.
One of the biggest fundraisers for Back on My Feet Philly is the in24 Urban Ultramarathon and for the third year I have signed up.
So here I am talking about how to turn a 24 hour run into a fun run.
