Episode 010 – The 2013 Philadelphia Marathon

This past Sunday I ran my 5th marathon and my 3rd Philadelphia Marathon. My goal was to break 4:30 and I finished with a PR 4:30:06. It was a great run and a fantastic day for a race.

Here we are. Race week. As I write this there are just under 5 days and 14 hours to the start of the 2013 Philadelphia Marathon.
