I am looking to set a marathon PR at the Delaware Marathon on May 10th. Since the Hansons Marathon Method worked so well for me the last time I used it I wanted to use it this time. But other goals and things I want from training do not fit into Hansons Marathon Method perfectly. So I am taking their training philosophy and structure and adapting it to fit my needs.
